Sal Cohen
Partner
With over 20 years of experience, Sal is our company's manager and wind behind our sails. He has built several homes over the years in The Street of Dreams, and has been responsible for building several large neighborhoods throughout South King County, including Honey Creek in Renton. His professional reputation over the years has given him the skills and resources to build some of the best homes in the Northwest. Sal's wealth of knowledge makes you feel comfortable knowing you are working with the highest level of experience new home construction has to offer. Sal's unique quality of building immediate rapport with people has been instrumental in establishing relationships with sub-contractors, realtors and, most important, homeowners.

Sal has several architectural plans for homes that have been very successful. Over the past several years, Sal has nurtured relationships with the area's top Real Estate Brokers. In fact, they have asked Sal to be the builder of choice on some up and coming neighborhoods that promise to be first-class locations.

Michael Gladstein
Partner
Both Robert and Michael have been partners for over 10 years in different successful businesses, including managing a staff of almost 100 employees for one of Washington's largest windshield companies. Daily, Michael directly managed its large crew of installers giving him excellent training in problem solving, customer service, and multi tasking.

Michael's incredibly strong leadership and communication skills enable him, as jobsite foreman, to build homes ahead of scheduled target dates. Also, he is able to negotiate better pricing, allowing American Classic Homes to be more competitive in our pricing. Michael's high energy and commitment to accountability ensures that when he says something will be done, it will be. No task is too large for Michael to undertake.

Robert Gladstein
Partner
Robert is the eyes, ears, and mouth to everything outside the building process. His responsibilities include working with lenders, managing budgets, accounting, payroll, sales and marketing, and a myriad of other important tasks. Robert has strong customer service skills, excellent fundamental business skills and great communication tools for working with the large crew of professionals that help build your homes and communities. Robert is readily available to help assist homeowners - or his partners - with urgent needs. One quality Robert is best known for is his excellent listening skills, which have helped foster strong relationships.
